To get admission into M. Pharmacy course the candidate must pass B.Pharmacy from a recognized university. Admissions into M. Pharmacy courses will be through web counseling based on GPAT and TS PGECET rank. 70% of seats are filled through the GPAT and TS PGECET ranks by the Convenor and 30% of seats are filled by the management, based on the merit at TS PGECET rank or B. Pharmacy marks percentage or as per the State, government prescribed rules from time to time. The reservation in admissions is as per the State Government Reservation policy.

Admissions are through an entrance exam TSEAMCET.

The Candidates Passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology subject. OR Passed a Diploma in Pharmacy.

The student should have a 10+2 science academic stream with Physics. Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology.
