(i)The Student should have passed the 10 + 2 examinations with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology from schools located in Gujarat and affiliated to the Gujarat Board or CBSE or ICSE or International School Board, or the National Institute of Open Schooling.

OR

Students from other states of India: Should have passed the following examinations:

(i) 10 + 2 examinations with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology from schools affiliated to state Board or CBSE or ICSE International School Board, or National Institute of Open Schooling.

OR

(ii) A pass in the Diploma Pharmacy Course from an institute located in Gujarat and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

OR

(iii) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any one of the above examinations.

The candidate should have passed the 10+2 science academic stream with Physics. Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology.

Diploma in Pharmacy from a PCI-approved institution.
