Admission will be made on Merit. Preparation / short listing of candidates shall be based on score in All India Entrance Tests (CAT/MAT/XAT/any other equivalent test).

The Combined Merit List shall be based upon the following weightages:

• Marks in Class X-10%
• Marks in Class XII-10%
• Marks in Graduation- 10%
• Behavior Skill Test-10%
• Marks in Entrance Test 25%
• GD/Essay-10%
• Personal interview – 20%
• Work Experience/ Extra Curricular Activities – 5%

Selection of candidates will be based on merit, considering the scores obtained in:

• TANCET
• CET
• MAT
• CAT
• Other Entrance Tests approved by the Government of India or the Government of Tamilnadu

In addition to the entrance test scores, the selection process will also include:

• Group Discussion
• Personal Interview

The Candidate should graduate/post-graduation or have passed the final examination conducted by any government-recognized course with a minimum of 50% marks.

Graduates of any discipline from Engineering, Arts, Science, and Commerce branches, who fulfill the eligibility norms prescribed by Anna University, can apply for admission. Those who are appearing for final semester examination are also eligible to apply subject to the above norms.

• A pass in a recognised Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration and obtained at least 50 % (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying examination.
• 10+2+3/4 years pattern (or) 10+3 years Diploma +3 years pattern (or) B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Arch. / B.Pharm.
• Candidates appeared for Final year/semester Examination of the said qualifying degree course in April/May may also apply for admission
