The students have to appear for the MH-CET conducted by DHE.

Admissions are purely on a CET basis and should participate in the Centralised Admission Process(CAP) subject to the availability of seats as per the directions issued by the University of Mumbai and the Governments of Maharashtra from time to time. Seeking admission into a 5-year law course only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices with 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.

• The qualifications of 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence/open schooling method).
• The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
