Admission is based on performance in the IPU-CET Entrance Exam, followed by counseling sessions conducted by IP University.

Admission shall be made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university.

Candidates aspiring to enroll in the B.Ed. The programme must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• A three-year Bachelor’s Degree with an aggregate of at least 50%.
• Graduation or equivalent qualification with English (core, elective, or functional) as a subject.
• Admission is based on performance in the IPU-CET Entrance Exam, followed by counseling sessions conducted by IP University.

Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s degree and/or in the Master’s degree in sciences/social sciences/humanities, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in science and mathematics with 55% marks, or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.
