Eligibility Criteria
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed HSSC (XII) Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects: English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Mathematics, and secured a minimum 45% marks. i. e: Not less than 135 marks out of 300 Marks (minimum 40% Marks i.e. Not less than 120 marks out of 300 marks in case of Candidate of Backward Class category belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics added together (Maximum of marks obtained in Biology/mathematic shall be considered for addition.
Course Duration: 8 Semesters (4-Year Degree Course)
B. Pharmacy (Direct to Second Year) Eligibility: C andidate should be Indian National and should have passed Post SSC or HSC Diploma Course in Pharmacy with at least 50 % marks (45 % marks in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging only to Maharashtra State) from an AICTE/PCI approved institutes with English as the medium of instruction at diploma level.
Candidate should have passes 1.higher secondary certificate (H.S.C.) std XII examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics. and secured minimum 50% marks (45% for backward class candidates from Maharashtra State only) in Physics, Chemistry and the subject of maximum marks amongst the 2 subjects mentioned above added together.
For the direct 2nd Year B.Pharm. admission candidate should have passed the (Post SSC/Post HSC) Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from Maharashtra State or another state from an institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India scoring minimum 1st class (60% i.e. 720/1200) as per ER-81/and 600/1000 as per ER-91) in the first attempt. The admission of such a candidate shall be subject to eligibility being granted by the University affiliating the admitting college.
