The admission is through a common joint entrance examination conducted by The National Testing Agency, followed by centralized counseling for allotment of the Institute.

A merit list will be drawn by the Institute on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in 12th examination and the admission will be offered strictly on the basis of merit only.

The student's Successful completion of the 10+2 examination or its equivalent. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination at the time of entrance are also eligible to apply provisionally subject to the condition that they should produce proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission. The candidates selected provisionally will not be allowed to join/continue in case they fail in 10+2 examination. 

1. Candidate must have passed the 12th Exam with a minimum of 45% marks (General/ Gen-EWS/ OBC(NCL) and 40% for SC/ST/PwD in the aggregate, in 10+2 system from a recognized board, either of any stream (Science/Arts/Commerce/ Vocational).

2. English should be one of the compulsory subjects in the 12th level and have passed the subject.

3. There is No Age bar 4. The program is recognized by Jawaharlal Nehru University to award the final degree.
