Admission Details

The institute is recognized by the Council of Architecture as a center for conducting NATA for admission to the course of Architecture all over India.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have passed the 10 + 2 (Std. XII) Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or equivalent

Govt. recognized technical diploma after (10 + 3) in any branch with 50 percent marks in aggregate with Mathematics as the subject of examination. 45% aggregate for the reserved category candidates from the state of Maharashtra, subject to qualifying the approved aptitude test (NATA).

The Candidate who has passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects, with 50% marks in aggregate, and also at least 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2 examination. OR Passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, having obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the aggregate, and Qualifying NATA (Or) any other Aptitude Test conducted by the Competent Authority of the State Government/ UT.
