Admissions are done on the basis of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science entrance test (HITSEEE).

Admission to the course shall be based on “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED”.  Entrance Exam is conducted in Indira Institute of Aircraft Engineering college Campus Based on 12th Std  Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Comprehensive English Essay in 30 minutes.

1. A Pass in (10+2) or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology Technical Vocational subject. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together with minimum 60% in Mathematics.

2. Any other examination of any university or authority accepted by this University as equivalent of plus two.

3. Cambridge norms (General Certificate of Education – GCE). The candidates intending to join first year E & T courses should have studied General Certificate of Education (GCE), Cambridge International Examinations. And required to have obtained ‘Advanced Level passes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Mathematics and English at AS level.

• Candidates shall have passed a minimum of 10+2 classes in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• For the AME training course, the candidates shall have passed a minimum of 10+2 classes with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from a recognized board or university or its equivalent.
• The trainees shall be subjected to a medical examination before they are admitted to the training institute by a doctor possessing at least an MBBS degree. Candidates shall not have any physical disabilities or color blindness.
