Admission Details
Prospective students seeking admission to Bachelor’s degree in Architecture must fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, and Govt. of Maharashtra / as applicable from time to time. All admissions to the Bachelor of Architecture degree course shall be subject to the passing of the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture.
The applicant must pass an aptitude test in architecture administered by the Council of Architecture's "NATA" or NTA (i.e., JEE Paper 2).
Eligibility Criteria
No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+ 2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects
or Passed 10+3 Diploma Examination withMathematics as a compulsory subject. and The candidate needs to qualify an Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e.JEE)
Or “NATA” conducted by the Council of Architecture.
Or As per Guidelines, prescribed by the Council of Architecture from time to time.
Intake: 80 ( 15% seats - 12 seats out of 80 seats are reserved under Foreign /NRI /P.I.O. /OCI/ Institutional Quota Merit Category.)
No candidate shall be admitted to the architecture course unless she/he has passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate (atleast 40% marks in aggregate, in case of the candidate from the Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability Category, belonging to the Maharashtra State only),
