• Students will get admission on the basis of their performance in the entrance test, group discussion, and personal interview, or through the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination(BCECEB).
• 50% selection for admission will be made by the management through a proper Entrance test, and 50% selection will be made through the BCECEB, Patna (Bihar).

The candidate should have passed with 45% Marks in PCM and 40% Marks in PCM for the SC/ST category in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or any other examination recognized / equivalent to the board OR as per the latest norms of BPTPIA, Subject combination required in the qualifying examination for admission in B. Tech. the course shall be as under :

Any one of the Optional Subjects:

• Chemistry

• Bio-Technology

• Computer Science

• Biology

For Lateral Entry:

Students who have passed BSc. (Maths) or Polytechnic are eligible for admission in B.Tech Lateral Entry. The branch option is open for BSc (Maths) pass students and for Polytechnic pass-out students it's as per LEET. The latest rules for admission from LEET are applicable. B.Tech (ECE, CE, ME, EE, CSE) for admission from LEET is applicable.

The students who have passed the 12th std/ Intermediate Examination are eligible for admission.

Unreserved -10+2 with Physics & mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Biology with 45% of marks.

Reserved-10+2 with Physics & mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Biology with 40% of marks.
