Admission to BSc Psychology programme of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous) is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Government norms of admission requirements will be observed in the case of SC/ST and other reserved categories. Additional weightage for students opted Psychology, Mathematics, Biology at Plus Two will be considered as per the M.G. University norms for admissions. Bonus marks for NCC, NSS, Ex-servicemen applicants and widows and children of Jawans and Ex-servicemen shall be awarded as per the M.G. University norms for admissions.

Admission will be based On the Merit basis.

Candidates who have passed plus two or equivalent examinations recognized by the M.G. University as equivalent thereto are eligible to study at BSc psychology colleges in Kerala. Candidates awaiting results of the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply for admission provided they shall produce the proof of qualification on or before the date of admission to the college.

Candidates should have passed the Plus Two/equivalent examination with Biology as one of the optional subjects at Plus Two level. 

Academic eligibility should be satisfied as on the last date of submission of academic data.

In the case of candidates who have passed examinations of other Boards/Institutes/Governments, except CBSE/ICSE, they shall be admitted only if these examinations have been declared equivalent to the qualifying examinations of Mahatma Gandhi University.

No candidate shall be admitted to the UG programme unless he/she possess the qualification and minimum requirements thereof.
