The admission process for B.A.LL.B. (Five Years) is online. It is conducted and regulated by the CET Cell. Student must have appeared for the Common Entrance Test (CET) for participating in admission process along with minimum qualification.

Admission to the B.A. LL.B. degree programme is purely on the basis of merit.

• Students passing H.S.C. (10+2) Examination or equivalent with minimum 45 % of marks can be admitted to the first year of this course.
• Student should have appeared for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET) of B.A. LL. B. 5 Years.

Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with 45% marks. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in case of SC/ST students within the state of Maharashtra. Non-Zero Score in MAH-LLB-5 CET will not be eligible for admission.

Applicants who have obtained a 10+2 higher secondary pass certificate or first-degree certificate after prosecuting studies in the distance or correspondence method are eligible for admission in the integrated five-year course.

Applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation / post-graduation through the open universities system, directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are NOT ELIGIBLE for admission in law course.
