• Admission is based on the inter se All India merit rank of CLAT 2025.
• The eligibility criteria for the age will be same as prescribed by the CLAT Authority.
• Candidates must fill CLAT 2025 application form before filling in ILNU Application Form.

Candidate should have passed Senior School Certificate Examination(10+2 system) or equivalent Examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Age should not be more than 20 years in the case of general candidates and 22 years for SC/ST/OBC category as of 1st of July in the year of appearing in the Examination (subject to University of North Bengal and Bar Council of India norms).No age bar for Foreign National Students.

A candidate should have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate Examinations (10+2) or its equivalent examinations with not less than 45% aggregate marks. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in May 2025 are also eligible for applying to the Institute. However, they shall be required to produce evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission.
