Eligibility Criteria

The student has passed the Minimum Marks:

General Category: 45% aggregate marks in qualifying exam (Bachelor’s degree)
SC/ST Category: 40% aggregate marks in qualifying exam (Bachelor’s degree)
Minority Candidates: Students seeking admission under the Gujarati Linguistic Minority category must have passed the Centralized Entrance Test (CET) along with graduation.

Seeking admission into a 5-year law course, only the 10th and 12th qualifications suffice, with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.

The qualifications for 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).

The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
