• Seeking admission into a 5-year law course, only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices, with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
• The qualifications of 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
• The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.

Applicant who has completed their Senior Secondary School (10+2) or equivalent (Such as 11+1, “A” level in Senior School Leaving Certificate programme) examination from a recognized University in India or outside or from a Senior Secondary Board or equivalent constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government or from any equivalent institution from a foreign country recognized by the Government of that country for issue of qualifying certificate on successful completion of the programme.

However, the applicant who has obtained 10+2 or Graduation/Post-graduation through other pen Universities System directly without having any basic qualification for pursuing such studies shall not be eligible for admission to the 5-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme.

Minimum marks in the qualifying examination for admission shall not be below 50% of the total marks in case of General category applicants, 45% in case of OBCs, and 40% in case of SCs & STs applicants.
