    Eligibility Criteria

    Any registered student of the University may be admitted to the LL.B.Part-I class in semester One of the 3 Years Law Degree Course if he/she has passed the Bachelors Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Medical, Agriculture and in any other faculty which is recognised by the T.M.Bhagalpur University and the Bar Council of India as an equivalent degree for the purpose of admission with at least 45% marks in the Bachelor Honours examination or 55% Marks in Pass Course Examination in case of general category students. A relaxation of 5% marks will be given to the applicants belonging to the SC/ST Category. Honors Degree holders shall be preferred to the Pass Course Degree holders. Admission to the aforesaid course shall be made strictly on the basis of Merit List prepared by the Institution based on the Aggregate Marks of Honours 4 Examination or Pass Course examination as the case may be or on the basis of a written test organized by the College with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor. The criteria may be changed as per the direction of the Bar Council of India from time to time. The reservation policy in admission to LL.B.Part-I class will be observed as per the general admission rule of the T.M.Bhagalpur University.
