The admission to the Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LL.B) Hons Course is done, following the merit list prepared On the basis of the Entrance Examination conducted by the University of Calcutta.

The candidate should pass LL.B. (Part -1) and H.S. or equivalent from the recognized Board/Council.

• The candidate should have passed the 10th and 12th qualifications suffices with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
• The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2), and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
• However, it is to be noted that the qualification of class 10th, 12th or graduation is subject to a pass percentage of 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category
