The admission of a student to the college is subject to confirmation by the Bar Council of India, Directorate of Higher Education, Admission Regulating Authority, University of Mumbai, and other applicable authorities. In case of non-confirmation by any of the Authorities for any reason whatsoever, the Admission shall be deemed to be cancelled and void from the beginning.
