1. The procedure of admission will be as per the Punjab Government Notification and the directions of INC New Delhi and B.F.U.H.S., Faridkot.

2. Though proper care is taken the candidate is taken to reproduce the concerned clauses of the Govt. Notification but there may be a possibility of any error/mistake which may have crept in inadvertently. The candidates are advised to go through the official gazettes for authentic information as and when required by them.

3. The candidate must have secured 45% marks (40% for SC/BC) in 10+2 Medical.

4. Candidate must have completed the age of 17 years.

5. The conditions/rules as per time-to-time amendments by the concerned authorities.

• The minimum age for admission shall be 17 Years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
• The minimum educational requirement shall be passing of: -
  Higher Secondary school certificate examination (12 Years Course)
  or
  Senior Secondary school certificate examination (10+2), pre-degree examination (10+2)
  or
  An equivalent with 12 years schooling from a recognized board or university with science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (PCBE)
• The candidate shall be medically fit.
