Admission is on the basis of KEAM Exam.

Candidate should also have a valid rank in the Kerala State Engineering Entrance Examination.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Admission is strictly on the basis of merit
Applicants should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December.
No relaxation in the minimum age will be allowed
Candidate must be the citizen of India

SSET B.TECH ADMISSIONS- NRI SEATS

An applicant can apply only for one category, either management or NRI.
Candidate who has passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), put together are eligible for NRI quota admission. However excellent marks for PCM in the qualifying examination is desirable.
An NRI can sponsor the children or dependents* and he/she will have to give an undertaking in the prescribed format. Also, he should provide a copy of passport, copy of visa and copy of employment certificate, all self-attested.

SSET B.TECH ADMISSIONS - MANAGEMENT SEATS

An applicant can apply only for one category, either management or NRI.
