There may be a mop up round this year too for WBJEE counselling. Also colleges may independently hold spot rounds for filling up vacant seats. If you get a better college or better branch in some other college which you prefer pver Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, it is advisable

         The rank of any Quota depends upon the number of students who appeared in the exam of that quota. It's really tough to determine the quota rank. You can check your college eligibility using GMR only. You can find that in WBJEEB counseling last year's closing rank list.

I am sorry to say that you are not right,

as per the previous years ranks and marks analysis your rank will be around 25k to 30k. 

In case cutoff goes too low then there are chances to bet better rank.
