pwd seats are reserved for 40-70% of physically disabled candidate. however from every branch of engineering 1-2 seats are reserved for pwd. and also in general rank it is impossible. so chances are really less.

see at this rank jadavpur university is not possible. as it is the eminent university in west bengal. however every year cutoff changes. for iem kolkata it may be difficult also. however you have chances for heritage institute of technology in chemical engr, biotechnology, electronics and instrumentation, civil
