    Yes you are eligible. But it will be very difficult to fetch out top colleges like IEM, Techno India, Heritage and Netaji for branches like CS/IT/Electrical. But that won't be an issue as you can also take direct admissions in your preferred colleges.

    West Bengal Government helds a commomn Entrance Exam WBJEE which is only for undergraduate program in Engineering and Pharmacy.
