WBJEE Exam center is not in UP. Candidates belonging to the other state of West Bengal have to select, in the order of preference, any three zones from the following options –

Sorry sir but your child will not be eligible for admission in current year(2019) with an rank of last year(2018) in WBJEE. If he appears the exam again and  secures a rank around this then he will be eligible for getting admitted in government colleges under WBJEE

Brother it doesn't matter which state you are from you can write almost all of the exams conducted by other states ,but the problem is that some states offer fee reimbursement and the eligibility is to belong to that state and you won't be eligible for that ,other than that
