    You need to withdraw admissiin in alloted college firstly and only then you can be eligible for mopup counselling based on vacant seats as there is high probability that studnets get desired streams and college based on vacancies of all category level seats.

    If you pay fee only and not reporting to any college then you will get your money next year.

    WB JEE will published the form for refund money. You have to visit office after counselling over.
