    Hey Ahaan,

    Yes your money is refundable. Be aware after the counselling over WB JEE published a form for fee refundable.

    Just fill the form and submit.

    Definitely you should participate in spot round counselling an dyou can have good chances with  vacant seats available based on your GMR rankings.

    Ranks below 10000 have high chances of conversion into Government engineering college.

    If i didnt took admission in WBJEE and wanted to wait for spot round and also didnt got any upgrade in it then old seat will be cancelled?

    First please tell me if you have paid the fees after the allotment or not? If you have not paid the fees, then the seat will not be retained. It will be automatically cancelled.

    If I Will Not Take Admission in Allotted Clg in WBJEE.& Go for Mop-Up cnslng & Not Got Any Seat..Is then the allotted clg seat will cancel ?

    Yes it shall stand camcelled if you withdraw the allotted college and dont pay fees upfront.
    It is advisable to select and reserve your seat before Spot Round counselling.
