If your documents are not verified and you have got the seat then you have to report again to RC for document verification but if you have not get the seat then you have to first register and upgrade your seat and then report for document verification.

Rs 20000 is a part of your seat acceptance fee which has to be paid online. That amount of money will be deducted from the total amount that has to be paid in the first semester fees in the respective alloted college.
Wbchse 2018 supplementary exam date will be announced in first week of July. Wait for it and keep eye on official site.

WBJEE eligibility criteria is as follows:
The candidate must have passed 12th or equivalent exam with physics, mathematics along with chemistry/biology/computer science as compulsory subjects. General category candidates should have scored 45% in 3 subjects taken together. Whereas, for reserved candidates this requirement is 40%.
