It is not like this bro. If you miss the first round your seat is considered as gone unless you give them a reason so as to why you weren't able to make it to the first round of counselling.
Now wait for the spot round if there is any.
Probably till the 2nd choice. It also matters wether you got the 3rd no. option in the starting or in the last ranks.

Seats of most of the good colleges usually gets reserved in the first counseling session itself but if you don't get a college of your own choice you should go for second counseling session but there would be less chances of yours securing a better college. I would
Your rank is a little bit high.
It will be hard to find a govt medical college.
A rank within 2000 would have been good for that.
Attend the counselling and hope for the best.
