Hello aspirant
Sorry but you have no chance of getting bhms seat with 115 marks in Neet.
Getting medical seat depends upon neet cut off. Cut off keeps changing every year and depends upon various factors such as number of candidates appeared in exam, Toughness level of exam, seat intake and previous year's cut off etc.
This year cut off is high . The qualifying percentile of neet 2024 For general category is 50th percentile ie score between 720 - 164 .
For sc/st/obc category it is 40th percentile ie 163 - 129.
So even with these categories 115 marks are not secured marks fir getting any medical course in private colleges too.

· The admission process is based on the All India Rank (AIR) secured in the Joint Entrance Examination - Main examination.
· Candidates who qualify for JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced will be allowed to participate in JoSAA counseling.
· The JoSAA 2024 counseling process consists of five rounds for seat allotment.
· Candidates will be allotted seats according to their merit, preferences, and availability of seats.
Hope this helps,
Thank you
First of all you should be aware of the exam syllabus and the pattern. After that you have to make a schedule to study all the subjects in the required timeframe and give enough time to practice the questions also.
You should start reading books highlighting the important points and also start solving the previous year questions . You can take enrollment in some coaching institutions or study on your own. You should revise regularly the concepts and start giving mock tests.
Hello aspirant,
The test will be administered online and consist of two exams, Paper 1 and Paper 2, in accordance with the JEE Advanced 2024 paper format. Candidates will be allowed three hours for each of the two papers. The JEE Advanced 2024 question paper format includes matching-style questions, multiple-choice questions with multiple responses, and questions with numerical values.
