You have to appear UPSEE for BPharm which is a state entrance exam. Eligibility criteria for UPSEE is 45% minimum aggregate in 12th and in every paper.

You haven't mentioned the College where you want to take admission for B.Pharmacy in. There are various entrance examinations for admission to B.Pharmacy across India.
