i have applied for Neet PG admission. I have OBC caste and validity certificate. But non creamy layer certificate is awaited which i have applied, it will take 15 days to receive NCL certificate. What can i do for uploading the certificate? Am i eligible or not?

Well obviously if you do not have the non creamy layer certificate now then you cannot upload it so you just have to upload the available documents that you have and make sure that you take all of your documents to the counseling body when you are called for personal reporting.
