According to previous year the cut off marks for Gen category are 15/100, that for SC/ST/BC category are 11.25/100. PU will prepare provisional and final merit list after adding marks obtained in entrance exam and others (such as graduation percentage etc) according to their due weightage.

The expected cutoff for general candidates is around 95 marks. Unfortunately, you will most probably not qualify the exam.

Yes you can. There are many law colleges in India who give admission based on 12th marks. So do apply for those colleges and merit list is solely decided upon the 12th marks.No need to appear for an entrance.

Yep management Seats are there but it will cost around 7-8 lakhs according to the branch you are choosing. Then college fees , exam fees , caution deposit etc , all such shits will be around 1-2 lakhs.
