i doesn't know whether delhi university provides admissions on the basis of merit . it coducts entrance exam for biochemistr and admissions are taken onn the basis of merit list for the conducted  entrance exam . however re-post this question so that others can answer it also ,but

Yes,  definitely you can get admission into DU in BA progarmme. See you have to wait for the third or may be fourth cutoff (depending upon the availability of seats in particular cllg) , as per your % for BA Programme .
