yes,there is a chance for you to get a seat in VJTI and you can definitely get a seat in K.J.SOMAIYA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING.
it will always be better to choose VJTI college rather than chooing somaiya college because VJTI is well reputed college and is also better

Medical fitness certificate is required in most of the engineering colleges...but i don't think they will conduct checkup. You just need to have certificates with you only.

According to expected cut off for M.Sc. in BHU . Your admission chances are very rare . But you must need to wait for 2nd or 3rd round counciling sedule . you have chance of getting affiliated colleges but in main campus admission chances rare .
