As per your rank, you may get a private college but very tough to expect a seat in a government college. But still you should keep yourself regularly updated with the notifications on the official website of IPU as cut offs vary a lot every year.

Sorry to say but it is almost impossible for you to get admission in University of Delhi with 76.3 percentage in class 12th boards. The cut offs are always sky high, and the required minimum percentages do not usually seem to go below 90%.

The scenario changes in case
