VJTI Mumbai is one of the best engineering colleges in Maharashtra and CSE and IT are the most demanding branches. With your percentile you may get some other branches like electronics,mechanical or civil but not CSE and IT.

As per the cut off and considering the general category there you don't have any chance to get into B.Com. The cut off is slightly lower for other categories, if you belong from them, you might have a slight chance.
