yes you are right there is very less information about the entranceexam of utkal university. however read your bsc course thoroughly and specially the 3rd year syllabus of bsc. i have got the previous year paper from its official site .

Well, there is not particular qualifying cutoff in MET 2019, it just depends on your rank which decides which branch you can get.

This is the first time negative marking has been introduced, so cutoffs may vary a lot.
