The marks secured by you in BHU UET 2019(213) is well above the cutoff marks for this year and you should consider yourself called for counseling but since your rank is 1932 it might give you the low possibility of admission since the cutoff rank for the year

Well irrespective of the percentile obtained in the JEE MAIN paper 2 you have to apply for the JOSAA counselling and then you have seven rounds of counselling through which you will get admission to these institutes. There will also be special rounds in which you can apply.

Well for Bachelor of Technology Undergraduate programs Malviya National Institute of Technology only takes admission via JOSAA counselling. If you want MTech then GATE exam score with CCMT counselling and if you want MCA then NIMCET exam has to be cleared.
