Well the 75% attendance rule is applicable for all the UG and PG students of the institute atleast on paper. However, when it comes to enforcement of these rules, most of the times it is not done so strictly. And most of the PhD students are busy taking classes anyways

As you mentioned your rank..may you will not able to get JNTUK college .As most of seat filled with GATE examination and and through pgecet only top 50 ranker are selected for these colleges.
As you mention your rank ....which is is good enough to get good colleges.. but you cannot get colleges like a you A.U or JNTU with your rank for these colleges you have to rank under 50 .

Yes you can apply through CLAT because IPU will now conduct admissions to its law programmes through CLAT.
you need tofill the application form online on theofficial site of IPU.
The last date tofill the form is 29june.

The cutoff trends for the year 2018 for BHU UET under the maths group were 173 Marks for General Category and 160 for General Category Paid Seats. Therefore as you can relate from this, you have a very low possibility of admission under Maths Group in BHU UET
