every year thousands of students apppears in amu's 9 th class entrance exam .at your rank it is a bit tough to get admissions but i am not going to say a clear no. there are some chances still left so just follow the guidelines as mentioned

Each NLU has its own admission cutoff based on which they prepare a merit list of candidates qualifying the cutoff for the NLU.

According to the difficulty level of the paper this year, there are less chances for you to get admission in NLU.
