Considering you from delhi and general category, it is nearly impossible for you to get admission in Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies as your rank is not quite good. There are only 2 colleges affiliated to GGSIPU where you can get admission which are :

I got 74.5% marks in +2 commerce and 21 marks in puugllb entrance test please tell me will i be able to get admission in punjab university campus

If you have applied in the CW category for admission, then you will be required to present your CW certificate. If you have lost the original certificate, you must atleast be having a copy of it, you can present that. If not then, you can apply for another
