Hello Dear Student,

Yes. If you:

Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) from the UP Board .
Later passed Biology as an additional subject through the UP Board as a private candidate .
Have English in your Class 12 qualification.

Then you are eligible for NEET UG 2026

in comedk counselling. round 1 - alloted a college and i accept and upgrade it in round 3 (GM student) i dont get a college will i able to sit in round 4 or i have to take the round 1 college only

Hello Dear Student,

If you chose "Accept and Upgrade" in Round 1 and do not get a new seat in Round 3, you retain your Round 1 seat, but you cannot participate in Round 4 to upgrade further

Hello, I need guidance regarding NEET 2027 eligibility and the NEET application form. I passed Maharashtra HSC (Class 12) in 2024, but my PCB aggregate is 138/300 (46%), so I am not eligible for MBBS/BDS under the current eligibility criteria. I am planning to take NIOS Senior Secondary Part Admission (Improvement) and improve only Chemistry and Biology. NIOS will issue only an improvement marksheet and not a new Leaving Certificate (LC). I have the following questions: Will my NIOS Part Improvement marksheet be accepted during NEET UG counselling along with my original Maharashtra HSC marksheet? Since Maharashtra HSC and NIOS are different boards, how are the improved marks considered? Is Transfer of Credit (TOC) applicable in my case? Will the absence of an LC from NIOS create any issue during counselling? If my PCB aggregate becomes 50% or above after NIOS improvement, will I become eligible for MBBS/BDS counselling? While filling the NEET 2027 application form, should I select Qualifying Examination Code 1 or Code 2, considering I have already passed Class 12 in 2024 but will be appearing for NIOS Part Improvement before NEET 2027? Please answer according to the latest NMC/NTA rules. Thank you.

I passed CBSE Class 12 in 2025, but I couldnt improve my Physics marks. Im planning to appear for only Physics through NIOS under the Dual Enrollment scheme, so I will have a CBSE marksheet and a separate NIOS marksheet. After qualifying NEET, will this combination be accepted for MBBS admission during counselling? Or do I need a single Class 12 marksheet from one board?"

Hello Sir/Madam, I am from Maharashtra, Open EWS category. I scored 399 marks in NEET UG Re-2026 and my AIR is around 2,70,000. I want admission only in Government or Semi-Government BAMS colleges.
