Hello Dear Student,

Yes. If you:

Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) from the UP Board .
Later passed Biology as an additional subject through the UP Board as a private candidate .
Have English in your Class 12 qualification.

Then you are eligible for NEET UG 2026 counselling , provided you meet all other NEET eligibility conditions. NTA permits candidates who have studied Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject through a recognized state board to appear for NEET.

Regarding the two marksheets and two roll numbers :

In the NEET application form , enter the roll number of your original Class 12 (PCM) marksheet , as it is your qualifying examination.
During NEET counselling , upload both marksheets your original Class 12 PCM marksheet and the additional Biology marksheet to establish that you have completed all the required subjects. The counselling authority will verify both documents.
