In the absence of that TC a certificate is issued by the Head of the Institution in which the student studied/ appeared for SSC or its equivalent Examination.

Mostly NEET 2020 counselling will start from the last week of October. the mode of conducting is yet to be released. Candidates who qualify NEET 2020 and want to participate in the counselling process for the seats in Deemed Universities/ Central Universities/ ESIC colleges have to register online

UPSEE authorities have clarified about this. They have said that students not wishing to take rural weightage or dont have certificates can upload a hand written note with their signature that they wish to withdraw from rural weightage or tuition fee waiver and be considered under general category.
