Since you asked for bams and bhms, so with 350 marks there are chances for your admission in govt. Bams and bhms under obc category state quota, just stay tuned to the counselling. Hello there, if you choose to move to further rounds after getting a college in previous rounds it means you are leaving that seat and making it available for another student. Then if there are seats in the college you wish for in further rounds, that seat will be yours. And if you choose to play further round that is mop up round, the seat you got in last round will be again alloted to another student.
Basically it's just that simple. As you move ahead with the rounds you got to leave the seat empty and you will not get to turn back to that seat again once you are forward with your counselling.
Thank you. Hope this helped. Check out the link and predict your rank below on the link.

In 2019, under State Quota, a score of 575 secured a seat in GMC, Bahraich under General Category with an All India Rank of 14621 . That was the cut off. This was a whopping increase of cut off by 150 marks given the fact that in 2018, 479 was the cut off for General Category. Now this past. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. This year, an All India Rank of 14632 secured 612 marks and it is still unclear whether that Student has secured a seat because the top NEET score for UP has been 700. With all this it is difficult to predict anything. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even stuents getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Seat. Since your marks are above 600, so your rank under state quota will between 900 to 1500 for sure, and in ai quota it will be around 1500 to 3000. So, you have good chances of getting good govt. College. You can also use college predictor through this link:
Unfortunately not because 85% state quota seat are kept reserved only for aspirants of that particular state if other state aspirants want to get admission in that state then he/she has to get it through 15% All India Quota counselling. As you are talking about UP so on those 85% state quota seats only candidates having domicile of UP can take admission and as you belongs to Rajasthan so you should get the GMCs through All India Quota counselling for those 15% seats.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!

It is a very common notion that engineering is not for girls .This seems true when you see the gender ratios in the engineering classroom . But in my view it doesn't matter if you like the subject . Slowly slowly you get use to with the class . After btech you can do mba so that you can get a job which include management rather on field work .Try talking to a girl who is an engineer ,she will guide you better in this .
Best wishes
