Hello,

This depends on you. I would suggest that it would be better to sit for AIQ counselling as that gives you more chances to appear for various good colleges in different states. If you have a good score you can also get into  Government Medical colleges.

Yes you have fair chances of getting into IISER based on your marks. Except IISER Pune, you can go for applying in any other IISER. You have good chances in IISER Bhopal.
