As per last years cutoff, i cannot see chances of getting a seat through All India Quota. Your score it not enough to get a government medical seat. However you can get private and deemed colleges. For all possible predictions of the colleges you might get, you can use

It's difficult to predict the exact admission possibility but as per previous year cutoff you have less chance to get admission in top colleges  but you can try state counselling .I recommend you to use college predictor tool to know the admission chances in various colleges .
