To be eligible to get admission in NITs/IITs/IIITs a candidate must hav epassed with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board or university.Candidates belonging to general category must have passed with atleast 75% aggregate and for SC/ST it is 65%.
So it is mandatory that you must have scored 65% aggregate in class 12, without that even if you qualify in JEE main you are not eligible to get admission.
You must appear in improvement exam.

see the candidates who have passed the mbbs or bds course from medical colleges of Agra, Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Kanpur, Meerut, Ambedkar, Saifai, Etawah, Medical/Dental Faculty of K.G. Medical University, Lucknow and other recognized Private Medical or Dental Colleges of U.P are eligible to apply for neet pg up counselling, however the candidates who have passed the course from other colleges out side of up are eligible to take admission in private medical colleges of up for post graduation.

if you satisfy all the eligibility criteria of TNEA then only you can appear the exam. minimum required percentage is 45% for general category. if your exam is late then you will get your result late.

Well as far as I know then you need to get your certificate issues and signed by block office and the official there to be considered. Then only your documents might be considered authentic for approval and consideration.
