Cutoff rank is the rank at which the last seat of a course is filled. The cutoff depend on many factor like number of seats available, total number of candidate applied for a course, percentile obtained by candidate who applied for a seat in that course. That's why if you look at 3-4 years cutoff you have found that it varies from year to year.

Among the candidate applied for a course in a college all the seats are filled according to rank/merit in jee exam.

Due to the Corona virus epidemic the NEET exam has been postponed.The Seat allotment for first round  will be done on March 25 and 26 and the result for round one will be declared on March 27, 2020. The counseling for NEET PG 2020 for round two and three has been canceled until further notice due to the Corona virus.

There is no cap on the no.of Colleges you can select during Choice Filling. However, the seat allotment will be done based on the merit and your preferences. You may select any no.of Medical Colleges and lock them as your options. Even if you have forgotten to save and submit the colleges you chose, the system will automatically lock them for you on the last day of choice filling by 5.00pm IST. And you will allotted a college from this list.

UKSEE is a state level entrance exam for aspirants conducted by UTT (Uttarakhand Technical University) Dehradun .There is no Such rule only state students are eligible for E-Counselling but Lateral entry seats will be only for Uttarakhand students .
